Come to our outdoor space in the Lavender field and enjoy a relaxing stretching class that mixes dynamic and static stretching with relaxation techniques and yoga poses. Have a chnace after class the relax in the Lavender Field or take a walk through the forested trails. Complementry herbal tea and Lemonade provdided at each session. 6 Week class, every Friday at 10 am. Class is 45-60 mins long with the option to stay afterward for up to one hour,.
